About Me

I have worked as a fully qualified counsellor for over three years. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have a grounding in the person centred approach and have added many other skills to my tool box. I use tools from CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), SFT (solution focused therapy) and compassion based therapy.

I specialise in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients, and look forward to helping you.

My main areas of focus are  Stress; Anxiety; Low mood;  Work Problems; Relationships; Confidence; Resilience; Self compassion; Chronic Illness; Domestic Abuse;  Young Adults. Whatever is troubling you, talking it through in a safe space can help you find solutions.
